- Onboard new Associates, including influencers and publishers, to drive core category growth.
- Negotiate and finalize deals with strategic partners to align with Amazon’s goals.
Performance Optimization
- Analyze Associate performance and optimize their earning potential with Amazon.
- Design and manage reporting frameworks to measure success effectively.
Collaboration and Innovation
- Act as the voice of Associates within Amazon, driving innovative solutions for better engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams across marketing, product, and finance for seamless execution of initiatives.
Educational Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years in business development, partnership management, or business sourcing.
- Proven experience in managing a sales pipeline.
Preferred:

- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven decision-making approach.
