Job Overview

The Business Development Manager (B2B Sales - Mid Market) will focus on driving B2B sales for mid-market businesses. Your role will involve promoting Indeed's job search technology, establishing strong relationships, and selling pay-per-click (PPC) advertising solutions to help organizations meet their hiring goals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture account relationships to efficiently close sales deals.
  • Identify potential revenue opportunities through cold calls and maintain a pipeline to achieve quotas.
  • Conduct live product demonstrations via phone and webinars.
  • Develop professional connections through phone, email, social media, and networking.
  • Prepare and present monthly analytical reports to clients.
  • Sell PPC services to small-to-medium-sized businesses (SMBs).


Skills and Competencies

  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years in B2B sales, preferably in online tech solutions or related fields.
  • Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Presentation Skills: Strong ability to deliver captivating presentations.
  • Self-Motivation: A data-driven mindset with a proactive approach to learning new concepts.
  • Sales Skills: Comfortable with cold calling, prospecting, and building relationships with decision-makers.

Salary and Benefits

Base Salary Range: 

₹750,000 to ₹1,300,000 per year
(actual salaries depend on location, experience, and performance).
