Job Overview
The Business Development Manager (B2B Sales - Mid Market) will focus on driving B2B sales for mid-market businesses. Your role will involve promoting Indeed's job search technology, establishing strong relationships, and selling pay-per-click (PPC) advertising solutions to help organizations meet their hiring goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture account relationships to efficiently close sales deals.
- Identify potential revenue opportunities through cold calls and maintain a pipeline to achieve quotas.
- Conduct live product demonstrations via phone and webinars.
- Develop professional connections through phone, email, social media, and networking.
- Prepare and present monthly analytical reports to clients.
- Sell PPC services to small-to-medium-sized businesses (SMBs).
Skills and Competencies
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years in B2B sales, preferably in online tech solutions or related fields.
- Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Presentation Skills: Strong ability to deliver captivating presentations.
- Self-Motivation: A data-driven mindset with a proactive approach to learning new concepts.
- Sales Skills: Comfortable with cold calling, prospecting, and building relationships with decision-makers.
